Location: Remote (Nigeria-based preferred)
Base Salary: ₦200,000

Create the most transformational, unforgettable, and emotionally resonant coaching experience in the industry—by blending radical hospitality, outcome ownership, and client project leadership.

This is not a support role. This is a strategic seat in the client journey. Every client is a live project—and you are the project manager of their success. You are responsible for how they feel, succeed, stay, and celebrate.


🌟 What You’ll Do:

✅ Onboarding & Welcome

  • Manage full onboarding flow: emails, portal access, tech tools

  • Send personalized welcome notes (voice, video, or message)

  • Track progress from payment → orientation → first live session

🌿 Daily Mindset Experience

  • Host a short (5–10 mins) daily mindset call (meditation or intention setting)

  • Build presence and trust inside the client container

🎧 Coaching Engagement

  • Attend all weekly coaching calls

  • Monitor chat to flag wins, breakthroughs, or moments of concern to Sandra

  • Post coaching session highlights or summaries

🎓 Graduation & Celebration

  • Track client progress like a live project (milestones, bottlenecks, completions)

  • Organize monthly graduation ceremonies

  • Send personalized quotes, graphics, or thoughtful gifts

  • Collect testimonials at high-emotion moments

🔄 Retention & Reactivation

  • Identify at-risk clients before it’s too late

  • Re-engage through voice notes, WhatsApp check-ins, and creative campaigns

  • Launch upsell or referral messages where relevant

  • Track and manage retention/renewal data

📊 Client Progress Dashboard & Reporting

  • Weekly reporting to CEO: onboarding %s, mindset attendance, red flags, testimonials, surprises delivered

  • Own the “Client Success Tracker” as a live dashboard

  • Maintain visibility across all clients like a portfolio of projects
