Location: Remote (Africa-based preferred | U.S. time zone availability a bonus)
Compensation: ₦200,000/month base + ₦100,000 commission per client enrolled, with earning potential of ₦600,000–₦1,200,000+ monthly (including commission, based on performance)

We are actively hiring a woman to join our team as a high-performance Sales Closer—someone who is bold, heart-led, and ready to guide ambitious women into our transformational coaching programs.
This is not a passive role.
This is a sacred enrollment position—one where you’ll speak to women who are stuck, scared, and ready for more.
You’ll guide them from hesitation to decision—and you’ll be trained every step of the way to do it powerfully.
You’ll be working from our database of 20,000+ warm leads, daily ad responders, webinar attendees, and alumni. And when your calendar’s empty? You won’t wait.
You’ll follow up. You’ll re-engage. You’ll close.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
Close qualified leads from ads, social DMs, reactivation campaigns, and referrals
Proactively follow up with 100% of warm leads using approved scripts and tools
Re-engage past prospects when the calendar is light
Own and track your metrics: revenue closed, time to close, follow-ups sent
Log all calls, follow-ups, and tags in GoHighLevel (CRM)
Submit weekly insight reports (top objections, prospect patterns, wins)
📊 SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE...
Closing ₦500K–₦1M+ in program sales weekly
Following up with every lead within 24–48 hours
Logging and tagging 100% of calls
Reactivating 3–5 dormant leads weekly
Sharing sales insights weekly with the team
✅ REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years in consultative or high-ticket sales (coaching, agency, education preferred)
Strong Zoom presence—camera on, professionally dressed, confident
Clear, fluent English and culturally sensitive communication
Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and Zoom-ready backdrop
Willingness to be trained, reviewed, and coached
Passion for working with women and helping them reach their goals
