Role Overview Are you a goal-getter with a passion for connecting people and filling calendars? We’re seeking a female Revenue Activation Assistant to join our fast-paced, visionary team. In this role, you’ll help convert warm leads into booked calls and play a key role in assisting CEOs to grow their businesses. You must be results-driven, organised, and proactive in engaging with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Re-engage and follow up with our leads.
● Book 10+ qualified calls per week using leads from GoHighLevel (GHL), Instagram, Facebook, and SMS
● Follow up with no-shows and ghosted leads within 24–48 hours
● Tag and organise leads properly in CRM for streamlined tracking
● Flag high-potential (“hot”) leads for faster conversions
● Reconnect with past webinar attendees and quiz takers through personalised follow-ups
● Maintain an organised communication log and respond promptly and professionally Qualifications
● Female applicants only (Required for internal team dynamics)
● Goal-oriented and a goal getter
● Must have a working laptop and stable internet
● Prior experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or customer engagement
● Proficient in Instagram, Facebook DMs, SMS tools, and email
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Self-starter: able to work independently and meet weekly targets
● Must respond to leads within 24 hours
● Tech-savvy and familiar with remote work tools
Salary Range: ₦200,000 Monthly
