They Said I Wouldn't Make It. I Built A 7-Figure Business Anyway.

I'm Sandra Kemayou. I failed 6th grade. I was disowned. I speak with an accent. By every rule "they" told us to follow, I wasn't supposed to win. But I did. And now I help overqualified Black women who've been coaching for free finally get paid for their brilliance.

I Wasn't Supposed To Be Here

I failed 6th grade. Not because I wasn't smart. Because I didn't speak the language well enough. Because the system wasn't built for girls like me. I was the kid teachers gave up on. The one they said "wouldn't amount to much." By the time I was a teenager, I'd been written off. And then I was disowned. Kicked out. Cut off. Told I'd made choices that meant I no longer belonged.

So I had two options:

1. Believe what they said about me,

2. Prove them wrong

I chose option 2. But here's what nobody tells you about "proving them wrong": You can work twice as hard, be twice as good, and still get half the credit. You can train your own manager and watch them get promoted over you. You can carry entire teams on your back and still be overlooked. I did all of that.

And for years, I thought: "Maybe they were right. Maybe I'm not supposed to win."

The Day I Stopped Giving It Away For Free

I was working in corporate. Good at my job. Really good

  • For advice on how to navigate office politics

  • For coaching on how to lead their teams

  • For guidance on how to ask for raises

  • For support when they were burning out

I was coaching. I just wasn't calling it that. And I definitely wasn't charging for it.

One day, a colleague I'd coached for months got promoted. Big title. Big raise.

She thanked me: "I couldn't have done this without you."

And I thought: "I just trained you to do the job I should have. And you got paid for it."

That's when it hit me:

I'd been giving away my brilliance for free while other people got promoted off the advice I gave them.

I wasn't "being helpful." I was being used.

So I asked myself: "What if I stopped giving it away? What if I charged for this?"

I Built My First Offer. Then I Built A Business. Then I Built A Movement.

I didn't go viral. I didn't have a huge following.

I didn't wait until everything was perfect. I just started.

I named what I'd been doing for free: leadership coaching for Black women in corporate who were tired of being overlooked. I recorded my first program.

I sold my first client for $2,000. Then another. Then another.

Within 6 months, I'd replaced my corporate salary.

Within a year, I'd built a 6-figure business. Within 3 years, I hit 7 figures.

Here's what I learned:

Building a business isn't about going viral or having thousands of followers.

It's About:

  • Seeing the value you've been giving away for free

  • Packaging it into an offer

  • Building the infrastructure to sell it

  • Actually selling it

That's it. Most people get stuck on #3—the infrastructure.

They spend 18 months trying to build a website, write copy, set up funnels, and figure out automation. And they quit before they ever launch.

That's why I built 90 Days to CEO.

I build the infrastructure FOR them so they can focus on what actually matters: learning to sell and booking clients.

This Isn't Just About Money. It's About Freedom.

My business didn't just replace my income.

It gave me my life back. I retired my mother.

She worked her entire life. Sacrificed everything. Never got to rest. Now she doesn't have to work. Ever again.

I homeschool my kids.

I get to be with them every day. I'm not missing their childhood because I'm stuck in someone's office.

We spend summers in Paris. We travel as a family. They're learning French, experiencing the world, building memories.

I built a home in The Gambia.

I'm connected to my roots. My children know where they come from. I'm launching a leadership school for girls in Africa in January 2025. Because the world told me I wouldn't make it. Now I'm building schools for girls the world is trying to overlook.

I helped one of my clients scale to $3M in sales last year. She started where you are. Unsure if anyone would pay her. Now she runs a multi-million-dollar business.

And I run my business from anywhere.

I work 20-25 hours a week. I don't answer to anyone. I don't ask for permission.

This is what coaching gave me: freedom, legacy, and the ability to build what God showed me without waiting for someone else's approval.

Because We've Been Coaching For Free For Generations

Here's what I know about us:

We've been coaching in church basements for free. We've been coaching in the group chat for free.

We've been coaching our families, our communities, our coworkers—for free.

We've trained managers who got promoted over us. We've carried companies on our backs while someone else got the credit.

We've been brilliant, overqualified, and underpaid our entire lives.

And we've been told:

"You're too much". "You're not enough". "Stay in your lane". "Be grateful you have a job"

I'm done with that.

  • I built 90 Days to CEO specifically for Black women because:

We don't need more "empowerment" talks. We need infrastructure. We need someone to build the website, write the copy, set up the funnels, and teach us to close. We need done-for-you, not "figure it out yourself."

  • We don't have 18 months to DIY. We're working full-time, raising families, carrying communities. We need speed. We need systems. We need results in 90 days, not "someday."

  • We've been undervalued long enough. It's time to charge what we're worth. Not shrink. Not apologize. Not wait for permission.

This program is for us. Built by us. Run by us.

If you're tired of giving it away, this is where you stop.

I Don't Just Teach You. I Build It FOR You.

I've coached over 1,000 Black women. Nurses. Project managers. Social workers. Teachers. HR professionals. Therapists.

All of them brilliant. All of them overqualified. All of them stuck.

Here's what I do:

  • Week 1: I show you the coaching you've already been doing for free. You think you're "just helping people." I show you: no, you've been coaching for years. You just didn't call it that.

  • Month 1: We package it. We record your program. We legalize your business. You walk away with a high-ticket offer ($2K-$5K) that's ready to sell.

  • Month 2: My team builds your entire business infrastructure FOR you. Website. Funnels. Copy. Automation. CRM. Payment processing. Everything. You don't touch the tech. You focus on learning to sell.

  • Month 3: You're closing clients. We coach you through every call, every objection, every close. You're not hoping to be a coach someday. You're a CEO who's already proven it works.

  • By Day 90: You have a fully built business and paying clients.

That's the program.

I Didn't Build This Alone. And Neither Will You.

I'm a woman of faith. I don't talk about it to perform. I talk about it because it's true.

God showed me this business before I built it.

He showed me the school I'd open. He showed me the women I'd serve.

He showed me the legacy I'd leave. And He told me: "Stop waiting for permission. Build it." So I did.

This work is obedience.

Every woman I coach, every business I build, every life that changes—it's because I said yes to what God showed me.

And now I'm helping you do the same. You didn't stumble onto this page by accident.

You've been feeling the pull for years: "I'm supposed to do more than this." That's not ambition. That's calling.

And calling requires obedience.

Not someday. Not when you're "ready." Now.

90 Days to CEO is where obedience meets infrastructure.

We don't just pray about it. We build it.

Don't Just Take My Word For It

Fatima

"Sandra didn't just teach me to build a business. She showed me I'd been coaching for 15 years and didn't know it. Within 90 days, I quit my corporate job. Within 6 months, I'd made $50K. This changed my life."

Tatiana

"I wasted 8 months trying to DIY a website. Sandra's team built my entire business in 60 days. My close rate went from 5% to 50%. I made $300K in 18 months. I didn't need another course. I needed someone to build it FOR me."

Mercy

"I thought I was 'just a nurse.' Sandra showed me I'd been coaching families through life-and-death decisions for years. Now I'm a paid speaker and leadership coach. I'm doing the same work—I'm just finally getting paid for it."

Here's What I Promise

If you join 90 Days to CEO, here's what I commit to:

  • I will show you the coaching you've already been doing. You think you're "just helping people." I'll show you: you've been coaching for years. You just weren't charging for it.

  • I will build your infrastructure FOR you. Website. Funnels. Copy. Automation. You won't spend 18 months Googling "how to set up Stripe." My team handles it all.

  • I will teach you to sell without feeling sleazy. You'll have a script. You'll have objection handling. You'll have live call reviews. You won't wing it.

  • I will not let you quit on yourself. You'll have hard days. You'll doubt yourself. I'll remind you who you are and why you started.

  • I will not sugarcoat it. This isn't "manifest your dreams" nonsense. This is work. You'll record content. You'll practice pitching. You'll get on sales calls. But if you show up, you'll get results.

That's my promise.

Now here's what I need from you:

Show up. Do the work. Get on the calls. Trust the process. If you do that, you'll book clients within 90 days.

Ready To Stop Giving It Away?

I failed 6th grade. I was disowned.

I speak with an accent. I wasn't supposed to win.

But I built a 7-figure business, retired my mother, homeschool my kids, and I'm opening a school in Africa.

Not because I got lucky. Because I stopped giving my brilliance away for free.

And now I help women like you do the same.

If you're ready to stop training managers who get promoted over you...

If you're ready to stop coaching in the group chat for free...

If you're ready to finally charge for what you've been doing for years...

This is where you start.

A Personal Note

If you're reading this, you've been on my page for a while.

You've read the stories. You've seen the results. You've thought about it.

And you're still here. That means something.

You're not "just browsing." You're deciding.

Let me make it easier:

If you're ready—book the call. If you're not—don't.

But if you're waiting for a sign, this is it.

You didn't come this far to stay stuck.

I'll see you on the other side.
